The Kendall County Republican Central Committee provided the following news release:
Kendall County Republicans attended Republican Day at the Illinois State Fair. They were able to meet and mingle with Republicans from around the state including State Treasurer and Romney for Illinois Coordinator Dan Rutherford.
Rutherford will be headlining the Kendall County Republican Family Picnic this Saturday August 25 at the Kendall County Fairgrounds. The event will be held beginning at 4pm with dinner served at 5pm and the program at 6pm.
Tickets are $20 a person or $50 a family. Kids under 16 are free. Email familypicnic@kendallgop.com with questions.
