Kendall County Property Tax Revolt Plan Rally in Plano
The Kendall County Property Tax Revolt provided the following news release:
The Kendall County Property Tax Revolt Group is having a Rally at the Superman/Smallville Fest this Sunday August 19th from 10am to 1:00pm in downtown Plano
Information will be available on how to appeal your real estate assessment and how you can help us help you to try and lower property taxes in Kendall County
Our group has been sucessful in getting a non-binding referendum on the Nov. 6th ballot But we have much more to do and need your help and support. Stop by our booth to say hello, gather information or ask a question

For getting this up.
We were able to help educate many people, and hopefully help Kendall Counties forward movement to a better place to live.
Plano is a sweet town! We were able to say hi to Mayor Hausler as well. We let him know our efforts are not of the negitive kind. We are here to help tax payers, and to try our best to keep our leaders honest and accountable. He was gracious and shook our hand.
Although, as usual we were snubbed by many who are a part of "The System" and won't be on our side until they retire and try to get by on a fixed income. But, oh well......the type will always be out there. If we all thought the same as we do well, I wouldn't have had a chance to sit outside all day. (A positive spin!)
