Oswego senior Nick Wernke signed his National Letter of Intent last week to play Division 1 baseball for the West Virginia University Mountaineers. The Mountaineers are in the Big 12 Conference. Nick currently plays for OHS Panthers under head coach Chris Neitzel and asst. coach Joe Giarrante. Nick is pictured with his parents and Downers Grove Longshots travel league coaches.
