The Fox Valley United Way is leading an effort to collection donations Saturday for the Kendall County Food Pantry and Aurora Interfaith Food Pantry, according to an e-mail from the organization.

Dubbed "Souper Bowl of Caring," the event will feature collections at several locations from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. They will accept cash, non-perishable food, vegetables and meats.

Participating locations include the Yorkville Jewel Osco on Veterans Parkway, the Oswego Jewel Osco locations on Orchard Road and on Route 30, and the Montgomery Market Place on Douglas Road.
