State Representative Kay Hatcher provided the following news release:

The President and CEO of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce will be visiting the 50th District for a rare in-the-trenches overview of the legislative Spring Session, and share how he thinks pending legislative action will affect the Fox Valley’s economic climate.

A former President of both the Taxpayers Federation and Ameritech Illinois, Chamber exec Doug Whitley will keynote the annual western gathering hosted by Friends of Kay Hatcher.  The June 14 event will be held at the O-Kay Corral, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Hampton Inn, at 88/Orchard Road in Aurora.

In honor of Flag Day each guest will receive a special commemorative patriotic welcome gift.  Western garb and jeans are encouraged to fully enjoy this casual event.
