Kendall County DUI Arrests: May 11

A look at who's been charged with driving under the influence around the area.

Oswego

May 5 William M. Fabsits, 23, of the 300 block of Cascade Lane, Oswego, was arrested at 3:51 a.m. at Route 34 and Douglas and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Oswego police. He was also cited for speeding.

May 4 Jason D. Shandilis, 32, of the 100 block of North West, Plano, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. at Route 71 and Main Street and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. He was also cited for improper lane usage and not having insurance.

May 4 Yadira Rodriguez, 25, of the 100 block of Locust, Oswego, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. at Douglas and Long Beach and charged with driving under the influence, sad Oswego police. He was also cited for improper lane usage.

May 2 Michelle C. Clement, 28, of the 0-99 block of West Timberlake, Oswego, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. at Route 71 and Washington and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police.

Yorkville

May 4 Matthew Allen Ayers, 29, of the 1200 block of Chestnut, Yorkville; and Kyle Louis Harrington, 27, of the 2300 block of Lavender Way, Yorkville, were arrested at 3:10 a.m. at River Road and Eldamain Road, said the Sheriff’s office. Ayers was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and theft under $500 after deputies learned that Ayers and Harrington had taken down road barricades from the River Road and Eldamain area without permission. Harrington was charged with theft of the road barricades.

Montgomery

Delila Garibay, 25, of the 100 block of Hampton Road Montgomery, was arrested for and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 12:11 a.m. May 6 at Montgomery Road and State Street, according to Montgomery police. Her vehicle was initially stopped for speeding, police said.
