NWS: Winter Weather Advisory For Kendall County
Freezing rain, sleet and snow forecast for Saturday night, into Sunday.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Kendall County.
According to the NWS freezing rain, sleet and snow is expected to begin at 9 p.m. and continue through 9 a.m. Sunday. The NWS predicts up to a tenth of an inch of ice by midnight, which is likely to make travel tricky. On top of the ice is a possible inch of snow, the NWS said.
Road visibility is expected to be limited during this time.
