Oswego 308 Students Recognized at Allied First Bank Art Show
Students won awards in the categories of mixed media, color and black and white.
Oswego Community School District 308 elementary students were recognized at Allied First Bank of Oswego’s Art Show.
About 100 elementary grade level students were chosen by their art teachers to be a part of the first elementary show at the bank.
The following schools participated in the show: East View Kindergarten Center, Old Post, Lakewood Creek, Wolf’s Crossing, Homestead, The Wheatland’s, Boulder Hill, and Fox River Academy of Music & Art.
The awards ceremony took place on November 16 at 6:00 p.m. Awards were presented by the Mayor of Oswego, Brian LeClercq, and well attended by the community. Light refreshments were donated by Oswego East High School.
