Roberts Auto is the best! The service is great and Tim is an HONEST mechanic! I would not trust my families vehicles with any other auto shop.

Wilson Automotive. Have done business with Hugh for many years and the pricing and repairs are always fair, if not downright great. Can be trusted to do only the work that needs to be done or requested.

Definitely Roberts Auto - honest, hard-working, family owned business! Keith's always charges way more than the work actually takes. Example is an oxygen sensor - 1.5 hrs of labor for something that took ME 20 minutes to change and I do not do it for a living! Don't get me wrong, Keith is a great man but the people who estimate and charge don't know what they are doing. In this example, Keith was in the lobby when the estimate was given, to which I argued (as I have done it before and knew it's location before going there for other work). The person behind the counter faced Keith and asked 'isn't that right?', to which he shook his head. Have never had this happen, or anything even similar, at Robert's!!

Roberts Auto Service is the best in the area! Repairs done right the first time. Knowledgeable in every thing from oil changes to major repairs - and our family has had them all! Honesty and integrity are priorities with them. We have recommended many, many people to them. They truly are the best.

Our Team Auto is the only place for me. They are fast, fair, and stand behind their work. I've been taking my vehicles to Jimmy for close to 15 years and have always been pleased with the work.

I go with Roberts Auto service over anyone. I have takin my 2000 camry to him for basic maintance, my 1998 grand prix and my current car a 2006 GTO. He is knowledgeable in all makes and models and has always gave me honest advice and he makes sure you have your car back soon as possible. I am in the Navy and i travel across country alot. Everytime i am home I bring my car to Tim to make sure everything is sound. He has my vote.

My vote goes to Roberts as well. We have had our 3 cars serviced there since they opened and have had oil changes, service repairs and bought new tires there. They have always been honest and have fair prices. Trustworthy and good prices is what we look for and they are all that!

Love this one! Having had a recent experience with one of the places listed here, and being inundated with mailers from them since that time, I now know why my bill was so high! All the money going to the advertising! No wonder they were so much higher than even the dealer who priced out the work for me after the fact (I called & got an estimate over the phone for the exact work that I had done at a local shop, so the dealer never saw what I paid.)!! I will not make that mistake again!

I have used Roberts Auto Service since the doors opened. They are extreemly professional and knowledgeable with fair prices to boot. I am so pleased with them that not only do I take all my family cars to them but I have recommended them to all my friends.

RJ automotive is the way to go. Ray and Doug are honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable. My mother and I will not take our cars anywhere else. From an inspection to brake jobs to serious engine repair, RJ will do it all in a timely fashion for a great price.

Absolutely no doubt....Roberts Auto!!!! Not only is Tim extremely honest and fair in his pricing, he also is very timely with service. I have two daughters who are VERY active, and being without a car is a hardship. Tim has always provided quality results in a reasonable amount of time. Also, they are very family-friendly. When I go for something quick like oil changes, there are activities for the kids (toys, coloring books, sometimes a real live dog!) in the waiting room to keep them occupied. Great job, Roberts family! You are truly appreciated! Like Don said, I recommend them to friends and family. My sis-in-law from Naperville brings her car to Roberts Auto.

Holmes Auto. This is a small family business out on Rte 71 just past Oswego HS. We have taken our cars there for over 15 years. I have found them to be honest about repairs needed, service is great, and prices are very competitive.

If RJ Automotive (Ray and Doug) dont win for experiance, knowledge and integrity, theres something wrong in the world. They are ahnds down the best in Oswego!

Brothers garage is the best in town! He does everything by the book, including pricing. I believe he is a one man shop capable of keeping up with busy demand due to his auto repair knowledge and extensive years is the business! He can repair a new Cadilac and build a hotrod from the ground up.

Keith's Car Care has always done what they say they will do and within their estimate. The management is also very active within the community.

I am very busy at work and at school. I need a vehicle when I need it. Robert's Auto so far treated our vehicles like it is their's. Tim is honest,and fair. I always tell my friends that he is a christian and will let you know exactly what needs to be done with the car problem in an honest and fair way. I tell my co-workers and friends to go see Tim when they have problems with their vehicle. We will not go anywhere else in Oswego for our cars, only at Robert's Auto.

I've recently taken my car to Kacena Automotive for service and was thoroughly pleased with Andy's work ethic, the quality of the work performed, and the price. He's also an instructor at an automotive school so he's more than up to date on anything new in the field. I have already recommended him to friends, and I will most certainly continue to do so.
