The Oswego Chamber works very hard to be inclusive to any business, large or small, which wishes to participate.  One way we accomplish this is by conducting programs which raise funds and thereby keep our membership dues at artificially low levels.  Another way is through the solicitation of Elite Memberships.  A month ago Old Second National Bank upgraded to a Platinum Elite status with the Oswego Chamber.
