If you've lived in Oswego for any length of time, you'll know that the building that formerly housed Tuscany Italian Restaurant has been the home of many failed restaurants.
Tuscany packed in the customers for a time, but was gone in less than a year. Today, the building and lot sit empty waiting for the next brave entrepreneur to try something new.
