Ive found really nice helpful people at Oswego Cyclery. I've bought a bike, bike rack for the car, & numerous accessories here. All of the bikes in the family go here for maintenance. Sometimes a quick fix is all that's needed, so I have time to run across the street to The Village Grind for coffee, come back & the bike is done. Support local!

I've received poor service the two times I visited their store. The employees actually went out of their way to not notice me so that they didn't have to leave the bikes they were working on.

The prices are on the high side. A better choice is Performance Bike on Rt. 59 with a much great selection and lower pricing.

Have purchased 2 expensive bikes and have had tune-ups and some repairs done at Oswego Cyclery. Always find them to be great folks to deal wtih. Love that they will hold a bike with a small deposit - around the holidays that was very financially helpful and they kept the bikes for couple days so I did not have to try and hide Haro's from my boys. They also took a lot of time helping me find a comfortable size frame and bike for me, too.

I found their maintenance pricing a little "tricky" in that they quoted one price, talked very fast and in a somewhat condescending tone and then added a little extra here and there.
The service was performed as promised and the bike runs very well, but I will probably look at other alternatives before I just plunk down a chunk of cash here again.

We've been in for a few minor repairs and they have been very friendly and helpful. My 12 year old has joined their running club for a few evening runs and they have been really great!

We love Oswego Cyclery and Art and his team are fantastic! We have purchased at least 4 bikes there, running shoes and a Burley Bee. When my son's new Haro bike had a leaky tire, Art replaced it, no charge. Knew we were loyal customers and would continue to support. I've never had issues with the staff. And I love that they have running and cycling clubs! Need to just find the time to go :)

Art and his crew are wonderful! They always greet their customers with a warm friendly hello. Their turn around time is fantastic and their work is great. The new bikes they sell are of top notch quality. Art makes keeping the business local to Oswego very easy. Thanks for being part of the community and offering quality products and services.
