Wicked Weather on the Way
Three to five inches of snow, dangerous wind chills predicted for Friday.
More cold, snowy weather is headed this way, according to the National Weather Service, which is predicting light snow beginning Thursday morning, with more of the white stuff accumulating tonight and tomorrow.
Thursday night, temperatures could drop to 3 degrees, with a wind chill of -7 degrees.
A winter storm watch will be in effect from Friday morning through Friday eveing, with an additional 3- to 5-inches of snow possible. The temperature is likely to drop to 16 degrees by evening. Subzero wind chill values as cold as -3 are possible, according to the National Weather Service.

On Friday, to help local crews as they plow the streets, remember that whenever 2 or more inches of snow is predicted, the village’s parking ban is in effect.
There are also several warming centers in the village for residents without heat. They are are located at Oswego Village Hall, Oswego Presbyterian Church, Oswego Senior Center, Oswego Public Library, the Civic Center, Boulder Point Center, Prairie Point Center and South Point Center

Good information! I didn't know about the warming centers. Hope I'll never need them, but it's nice to know.
