Hello Oswego Patch readers! 

My name is Rich Ayers and I am the Managing Broker/Owner for Ayers Realty Group located right here in Oswego.

I was approached by The Oswego Patch to be their real estate contributor starting in 2013!  I would like to thank Natalie and Wayne for the opportunity!

I am expecting 2013 to be a pretty good year for real estate here in Oswego.  We are already seeing large numbers of homes going Under Contract and Closing versus a year ago.  This is driving down inventory and is already starting to put upward pressure on prices. (Well it is “stopping” the downward pressure currently!) 

The spring real estate market in Oswego should be interesting with low inventory of homes for sale and record low interest rates!
