Lost Dog
I found a lost dog today on Briarcliff and Fernwood Road. The dog is mid sized, black fur, with white paws, and a pink collar. There is no dog tag on the collar though. Trying to help whoever lost this dog find their puppy. Having had a dog all my life I know the bonds people share with their dog. Please help, calling animal control tomorrow morning and have already contacted 911, they have my name and information if you are missing a dog. Hope to return this dog safely home for the holidays!

Natalie,
Tried to put a picture of the dog up, but for some reason it did not post. Took the dog to the animal control center in Yorkville today, they are going to check to see if she is chipped so they can inform the owners. If she is not she will be kept there for a week or so before being put up for adoption. Wish I could have kept her here, but sadly I could not. Praying the owners find her!
