Hot Dog Heist A Joliet man stole a hot dog from a west side gas station but fell down when the cops were chasing him and didn't get to eat it, police said. The alleged frankfurter filcher, 20-year-old Sean Busse of 118 Emery St., grabbed a hot dog from the Thornton's at 2798 W. Jefferson Street about 2:30 a.m. June 28, police said. Busse made a run for it but fell down, police said.
