You're invited to the exciting family event. The Illinois Society of Amateur Rocketry will be conducting two demonstration launches on the opening day of Prairiefest.
The first launch will be of a large high powered rocket that is quite a spectacle to see. The second launch, right afterwards, will be a launch of our Barbie Chucker rocket that launches a Barbie doll that comes down under her own parachute.
The kids absolutely love the Barbie launch and it's quite exciting even for adults to see.

More About Oswego High School
The smaller of Oswego Community Unit School District 308's two high schools, Oswego High School beats the state's average graduation rate by nearly five percent with 93.3 percent earning their diplomas. The district completed a 2.5-year renovation project on the school built in the fall of 2010. Small classes made way for larger rooms and large amounts of natural light now fill the school. Upgrades were made to the school's technological and mechanic workings as well.
