DESCRIPTION:Oswego area families are invited to start their 4th of July c
 elebrations early with a free family make and take holiday craft activit
 y. Drop in any time from 12:30 to 3:30 either day. Area residents of all
  ages are invited to the museum to create their own paper  decorations t
 o celebrate the holiday.  Victorian paper fireworks\, a  stand-up star\,
  and a cascade of stars mobile can all be made for visitors'  patriotic 
 parties or just for them to enjoy.  Children must be accompanied  by an 
 adult. Pre-registration for this free event is encouraged\,  but walk-in
 s are always welcome.
