DESCRIPTION:The Oswego Downtown businesses are having their annual TWIST 
 AND SHOUT celebration on Wed.\, Aug. 22 this year\,&nbsp\; from 9 am to 
 2 pm.&nbsp\; It is a Mom's Day Out event and all ladies are invited to&n
 bsp\; celebrate the first day of school in Oswego by spending a few hour
 s downtown. This year's theme is "South of the Border" Fiesta and you ar
 e invited to have lunch and refreshments at the various stores\,&nbsp\; 
 shop " last chance summer sales"\, preview new fall merchandise and\, be
 st of all\, help whack the giant pinata on Main Street at 1 o'clock.&nbs
 p\; It will contain various little gifts\, favors\, and gift cards from 
 the participating shops.&nbsp\; Look for balloons outside the stores tha
 t are celebrating that day.
