Winter Weather Advisory in Effect for Oswego

Several inches of snow are expected.

If you didn't get to build a snowman earlier, now's your chance.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Oswego area that extends until 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Three to six inches of snow are likely with additional accumulation possible Wednesday afternoon.

A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow will cause primarily traffic difficulties.

The NWS advises being prepared for snow-covered roads and limited visibility.
