Traffic Lights

Can we come together and ask the transportation commissioner of Oswego to program the lights in our city, specifically on Route 34. Therefore, when you are waiting at a intersection and it turns green, by the time you get to the next light it also turns green. Wouldn't this be more convenient. I also notice that traffic at the late hours of the  night are not heavy at all. Why are the lights not switched to blinking red lights like stop signs? It is not necessary for me to wait for air to turn left.
