  • Bear is the male and he is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations.  He weighs in at 32 lbs. He is a lot of fun and likes to play chase games and wrestle with other dogs.  He does like to do some herding and jumping, so he might be better with older children.  He will need someone that is willing to take him through a positive training class to work on bonding with him and basic manners.  He learns quickly, but can be a little stubborn occasionally.
  • Babs is the female.  She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations.  She weighs in at 28 lbs. She is a bit more shy with new people and places than her brother Bear, but once she warms up, she's a lot of fun.  She also likes to play chase games and wrestle with other dogs.  She does some herding and jumping too, so older children might be better, however she does like kids. She will also need someone that is willing to take her through a positive training class to work on bonding with her and basic manners.  She is a fast learner and wants to please people.

If you're interested in adopting either Bear or Babs, please first complete an application atwww.angelsonwheels.org.   Once someone from Angels on Wheels has reviewed your application, we can set up an appointment to meet either Bear or Babs.
