Skate Board Lessons - Beginners

Learn the basics of skateboarding with experienced instructor Craig Loomis. Class will focus on stance, pushing techniques, turning, stopping, skating terminology, board basics, beginning tricks and safety. In the final class, students will have the opportunity to be evaluated on acquired skills and participate in a free skate session. All skaters are required to wear a helmet, pads and provide their own skateboard. Makeup dates will be scheduled for classes cancelled due to inclement weather. Offered by Oswegoland Park District for participants ages 7-12.
