More Snow Coming Monday: National Weather Service

National Weather Service said 3-6 inches could fall.

Areas of Will and Kendall counties could get three to six inches of snow Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

A winter weather advisory will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, with snow developing Monday morning, the NWS said. Snow should taper off by early evening Monday.

Snow could fall heavily at times, with snowfall rates reaching an inch or more per hour, the NWS said. The snow could also mix with sleet or rain Monday morning.

Motorists are advised to be prepared for snow-covered roads and to use caution while driving.
