Residents also chose a "People's Choice" winner.

  • Best sausage: Genoa Pizza, 4538 Route 71, Oswego
  • Best pepperoni: Genoa Pizza Ten
  • Best specialty: Tony Weeds BBQ Chicken Deluxe Pizza

Judges includes Oswego High School Varsity Football Coach Brian Cooney, Oswego Fire Chief Michael Veseling, Oswego Police Capt. Jeff Burgner, Republican state representative candidate (50th District) Keith Wheeler and former Oswego Patch editor Natalie Stevens. Sponsors  Bridgeview Bank, Fine Line Services and The Cantina were also represented on the judging panel.

Guests of the event, which benefits the Oswego Junior Woman's Club's charitable efforts, also sampled the pizzas, and chose Tony Weeds, 1039 Oliver Ave., Aurora, as the People's Choice winner.
