Oswego, Montgomery-Area Churches Host Back to School Clinic

Event offers medical and dental screenings, haircuts and limited amount of school supplies.

Churches from the local Oswego and Montgomery area will host a free back to school clinic from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 9 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 63 Fernwood in Montgomery.  

The clinic will offer opportunities for medical and dental screenings, haircuts as well as limited amount of free books, school supplies and hygiene products.

Volunteer areas include helping with child activities, preparing lunch, escorting guests through the clinic, and many other professional and nonprofessional areas. 

Donations for the clinic are being accepted at Wheatland Salem Church's Oswego and Naperville campuses, River's Edge Fellowship in Montgomery and St. Lukes.
