Snapshot: Illinois Lottery Filming at Oswego Residence

Crews will be setting up decorations all day Monday for a winter-themed commercial.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas... at least at one residence in the 2800 block of Wolf Road.

The large white farmhouse off of Wolf Road and Douglas that belongs to Diane and Gary Blocker is the current location of a winter-themed commerical for the Illinois Lottery.

Workers scurried around the front unrolling large tarps of fluffy, white snow, strung Christmas lights through bushes and were in the process of decorating wreaths to be hung up on the doors.

A neighbor of the Blockers said the Illinois Lottery crew had been enroute to Sandwich when they spotted the house and decided to film one in a series of winter-themed commercials for the Illinois Lottery.

"It's quite exciting," she said.

The workers will be decorating the inside of the house as well and the entire set-up is expected to go late into Monday evening.

Maybe Oswego will be feeling a little lucky soon?
