Little White School Museum's Veterans' Salute

The Little White School Museum’s Veterans’ Salute begins at noon Friday, Nov. 11, in the museum’s Main Room with a special exhibit of uniforms, equipment, and war souvenirs used and owned by present and former Oswego area residents from the Civil War through the wars of the 20th Century. Staffers have combed the museum’s collections for rarely-seen artifacts and archival materials owned and used by local residents serving in the military, from uniforms and equipment to photographs to letters and military souvenirs brought home by the men and women who marched off to war. The exhibit will be available during regular museum hours, noon to 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
