When and how did your business get started?

On April 19, 2013 CrossFit Sugar Grove opened after a group of athletes outgrew our Garage Box. We bring together people from all walks of life to train side-by-side. Everyone from the young to the old; students to teachers; soccer moms to military/police personnel; the in-shape athletes to those looking to get in-shape.

What is your business best known for?

We constantly vary our workouts to give you a better overall fitness so that you have increased capabilities over a broader range of movements and activities. Our knowledgeable and certified trainers will help you achieve your GOALS, whatever they may be.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

Given the opportunity to open a CrossFit Affiliate and make a difference in people's lives is a dream come true for me. Coaching athletes is a way for me to help people experience that strength and empowerment. There is nothing more rewarding than this.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

Come see why CrossFit Sugar Grove is not just a gym, but a community of people that support each other in reaching their fitness goals.

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

Police, Firemen, Active Military, Full-Time Students, and same Household athletes receive special rates. Our memberships are on a month-to-month basis. We do NOT have contracts.
