When and how did your business get started?

Fix My House was formed in 2010 to meet the need in the community for small residential repair jobs, remodeling and commercial office maintenance by one diversified service provider. 

What is your business best known for?

Customers are surprised that the same service provider can fix a faucet or repair drywall and also remodel a whole room. They appreciate that they can work with the same service provider and not have to search for another when the small job is done. We build a relationship with customers for the long term so that when they are ready for the next project we're just a phone call away.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business? 

FMH is family owned and operated with strong roots in the community for four generations. There is a variety of older and newer housing in the area as well as many commercial office complexes. 

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

Fix My House is committed to working with seniors in the community to remain independent in their homes or when changes result in a multigenerational living arangement. Sometimes minor modifications can make all the difference in safety and comfort and other times the modifications are to meet the needs of customers with limited mobility.
