What does Balanced Body Chiropractic offer?

I offer gentle chiropractic care, with most techniques not involving "popping” or “cracking” which some find uncomfortable. I treat the whole person, which sometimes means coordinating care with my patients’ M.D., resulting in a total health care solution. Part of treating the whole person also involves offering nutritional counseling and wellness coaching. Of course, the ultimate goal of treatment is not have to see me anymore! But, while you’re being treated, you’ll benefit from an individual plan designed just for you, not for the masses. 

When was Balanced Body Chiropractic founded?

Although Balanced Body Chiropractic began in 2013, I have been a licensed chiropractor since 1997. I’m originally from Wisconsin and, having recently relocated to Oswego from the east coast, I’m happy to be back in the Midwest and am looking forward to serving the community.

What do people not know about Balanced Body Chiropractic?

I also offer acupuncture services. While many people choose acupuncture to relieve headaches, neck and back pain, I have had success treating other issues like sinus problems or insomnia. I have taken over 100 hours of training in acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and have found it to be a powerful treatment method either by itself or in conjunction with chiropractic care. 

Is there anything you would like to tell Patch readers?

I’m excited to bring my 16 years of chiropractic experience to Oswego. My office is conveniently located at 1114 Douglas Road in Oswego in Mason Square, and I offer morning and afternoon appointments, as well as Wednesday evening and Saturday morning hours.
