When and how did your business get started?

12/15/2010. I gave birth to twins 10 years ago and I joined a twins club. They do an amazing one-day sale two times a year. I was able to sell my kids' items, but selling any adult clothing and accessories was difficult.

Either donate, have a garage sale and make next to nothing or consign at a few snooty consignment/resale stores. Either you didn't have the "right upscale" brands or your items were more than 2 years old. I chose to change how consignment is done.

What is your business best known for?

Great prices, great quality merchandise. Magnabilities jewelry, new sports jerseys and all of our local artisans.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

I live in and grew up in Oswego/Montgomery so I wanted to be here to give back to my community.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

Most customers assume we only sell womens clothing and that everything in my store is used. I am now a retailer for many formal/prom fashions, Magnabilities magnetic jewelry, NEW MLB, NBA, NHL and NFL jerseys, Choose Hope cancer products, Jazzy Popcan Jewelry, Alexx Key Finders and we have 9 local artisans who make jewelry, write books, wooden wine stoppers/wooden executive pens and girls/womens hair bows. We also donate to many local charities.

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

Yes we do! We have Belly Loyalty Points, coupon on WSPY Gopher Savings and Magnabilities punch cards for purchases.
