Sundays in Oswego Ends this Weekend

This Sunday is your last chance to visit the Country Market and attend the Sunday Concert.

If you haven’t made it to downtown on Sunday morning for Oswego’s weekly Country Market, September 30 is your last chance of the year.

Look below for some activities happening in our historic downtown. While you’re there, check out the stores and participate in shopping local, as seen in this video by the Oswego Tourism Bureau.

Country Market

The farmer’s market runs through the last Sunday in September from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the parking lot next to the Oswego Public Library. Stop by booths and tables for a selection of local produce, home-baked goods, crafts and wares.

Antique Market

Could one person’s trash be another’s treasure? Head down to Jackson Street between 8:00am – 3:00p.m. to discover antiques, artisans and vintage treasures.

Concert in the Park

This weekend’s concert features Chicagoland group CopyCat, who have been playing for 10 years. The four man group plays favorite rock hits and adds a little country twist. Come have a listen from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. down at Hudson Crossing Park. Don’t forget to bring blankets and lawn chairs!

So, is it gonna be double saturdays or do i have to drive to Montgomery to find a Sunday after this weekend? I really enjoy Sundays and am sad to know they are ending.
