The builders of the new Mill Street Station apartments and the Village Board both said that the Mill Street Station low income apartments would be built using the same construction plans as the defunct builder of the previous town home project of the same name. They also said the building exteriors would have upgraded materials. I noticed that all the foundations are on slabs. The previous built buildings have basements. Can't wait to see the finished product! We keep being lied to by our public officials. Who got kick backs for this project? Dwight Baird is smart to run for Sheriff. He'll be gone before the high crime starts.
