5 Healthy Ways to Flush Fat

When you are in the process of losing weight, your body is eating away at your largest fat deposits, so it is important to know how to flush fat out of your system. This is not only important for ridding your body of roaming fat cells, but also for removing the toxins that have embedded themselves within these deposits. By consciously adding a daily flush regiment to your diet, you can accelerate your weight loss.

1. Water

Even though bathroom visits may increase, the result of maintaining a continued flow of water intake will be worth it. If you can consume water at room temperature it will enable you to drink more without constantly shocking your system into warming it. Our bodies are approximately 75 percent water, so it’s no wonder that this is the best method for flushing out fat. Interestingly, obese and elderly bodies have as little as 40 percent water.

This protein rich legume contains lecithin and choline, which have been proven to maintain a healthy metabolism and block fat absorption by cells. This is an essential combination because it enables the body to continue a metabolic burn, while flushing fat due to its inability to properly absorb. Soybeans can be found in many products, but the less refined, non-GMO (genetically modified organism) they are, the more advantageous they will be. Look for organic edamame, tempeh and tofu.

3. Fruits

Fruit is nature’s street sweeper for the body. It contains plenty of water and is full of key nutrients including fiber and vitamin C. These two ingredients work hand in hand. The vitamin C accelerates fat burning properties and the fiber sweeps the fat out of your system. Manydiets that claim to flush fat recommend citrus fruits for an optimal cleanse. Oanges, grapefruits and tangerines are easy to transport and can give you an energy lift in the middle of the day. Eat fruit for breakfast as well as a lunch or evening snack. Be sure and try not to mix too many kinds, and to eat bananas last to avoid indigestion.

4. Vegetables

It is no surprise that vegetables are right up there with fruit. Vegetables also contain high water content and offer a large variety of vitamins, minerals and fiber, enhancing the excretion of roaming fat molecules. Eat them raw when you can and do not overcook. Vegetables are most beneficial when they still have their ’snap.’

5. Tea: Green – Yerba Mate’ – Lemon Cleanse Mixture

Green tea and yerba mate’ contain properties such as theobromine, catechin polyphenols and botanical caffeine which are highly effective in expelling fat. The combination of the caffeine and theobromine offers a slow, energetic metabolic boost which in turn can burn and flush away fat deposits. The catechin polyphenols thwart fat buildup and reduce bad cholesterol. There is also a lemon tea cleanse which is high in zinc and potassium, removes fat accumulation and increases circulation. It is a mixture of:

  • 7 oz. boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons of grade B maple syrup
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 to 3 dashes of cayenne pepper

      Squeeze lemon into boiling water, add maple syrup and pepper. Two servings.
