A four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom single-family house at 2351 Majestic Prince Lane in Montgomery recently sold for $230,000.

The 3,109 square-foot house was built in 2007 and includes a fireplace in the family room, an eat-in kitchen with Corian counter tops, a formal dining room, a full basement with an ejector pit and a three-car garage.

Good to hear that things are starting to get better. We are still far from where we need to be but vary excited about the housing market turn.
