What's the Halloween Weather Forecast for Oswego?

3 p.m. 90 percent chance of precipitation, thunderstorms. Feels like a warm 61 degrees though!

4 p.m. Looking the same as 3 p.m. Warm and rainy

5 p.m. Temperatures drop a few degrees to 59, but the precipitation chances do too. Down to 65 percent!

6 p.m. We're hopefully looking at cloudy skies now with only a 25 percent chance of rain. It's 57 degrees now and the wind has picked up a bit with gusts expected at 20mph.

7 p.m. Cloudy and still warm-ish at 55 degrees. Only a 15 percent chance of any lingering rain.

8 p.m. You should be heading home now, and you've got nice weather to do it. It's 53 degrees out with 20 percent chance of rain. Those chances go up by 9 p.m., so don't dilly-dally!
