Oswego Hosting First Annual Literary Festival

Event will take place on Saturday, October 6 at the Village Hall.

Presented by the Village’s Cultural Arts Commission and the Oswego Public Library District, the first annual Oswego Literary Festival will be held at the on Saturday, October 6 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The day will include author presentations, book signings, a book sale and more. The event is free to attend and over 20 local authors will be participating. Author presentations will take place throughout the day and will include the following:

10:30 a.m. – Jerilyn Willin, “Ready, Set, Write”

11:30 a.m. – Jim Cherry, “Getting Published in the 21st Century”

1:00 p.m. - Jan Arick, Lincoln Highway Author (waiting on title)

2:00 p.m. –Joyce Herr, "Self-publishing, Another Way To Tell Your Story"

3:00 p.m. - Karen Boncela Enterlin, “Marketing for the Indie Author, How to get the Word Out"
