Smart Phone App of the Day!

When you are traveling how do you find the cheapest gas? I guess you could drive around looking for the best deal…

Or, you could use this really cool App called GasBuddy! It shows you the cheapest gas near your current location. It also coordinates with your phones GPS to show you how to get there! Some of the features are sorting by fuel grade and price, and searching by zip code.  It will also allow you to set how far away to search (which is good for those of us who only fill up when the gas light comes on). It is free to download and has gotten great reviews so far.

The really cool thing about this App (other than finding cheap gas) is that it is a community working together. Everyone can report gas prices and for doing so, you earn points toward free giveaways. 

It is available in the Android, iPhone, and Microsoft App Markets.  It has gotten 4.5-5 stars from users!
