Obituary: In Loving Memory of Helen "Beverly" Edman

Helen "Beverly" Edman was a member of the Oswego Presbyterian Church as well as the Small Group Bible Study and Stephen's Minister within the church.

Helen “Beverly” Edman, age 88, of Oswego, IL died Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL.  She was born November 2, 1924 in Joliet, IL the daughter of the late Norman F and Elsie M nee Anderson Maxwell.

She was a member of the Oswego Presbyterian Church as well as the Small Group Bible Study and Stephen’s Minister within the church.

She is survived by five daughters Janet Edman and Theresa Keene both of Orland Hills, IL, Dawn (Philip) Gerry of Bristol, IL, Melissa (Tim) Keck of Kalamazoo, MI, Nina (Jim) Dyer of Mandaree, ND, a son Jeff (Cindy) Edman of Oswego, IL; nine grandchildren; a sister Nina (Ed) Herdes of Geneva, IL, a brother Philip (Debbie) Maxwell of Springfield, IL, a sister-in-law Delores Falck of New Lenox, IL; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband C Gene Edman and a sister Jean Lewis.

Visitation will take place on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 3:00 at the Dunn Family Funeral Home, 1801 South Douglas Road Oswego, IL.  Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 1:00 PM by Rev Leon Aalbert at the funeral home.  Interment will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet, IL.

Memorials may be directed to the Oswego Presbyterian Church.
