Obituary: In Loving Memory of Kevin Clark

Kevin was a former volunteer fire fighter, was a PADI certified scuba diver and a Hinckley Lions Club member.

Kevin Clark, age 49 years of Big Rock, IL, died Sunday, February 24 at his residence.

He was born December 11, 1963 in England, the son of Daphne (nee Causton) and Patrick Clark. He married Joanne Caroline (Payne) Clark on January 18, 2003 in Creaton, England.

Following a successful business career which took him all around the world, Kevin ran his own horse boarding business for many years, which included extensive renovations of the property. A former volunteer with the Big Rock Fire Department, Kevin served as both Fire Fighter and EMT-B. More recently he became a member of the Hinckley Lions Club.

Amongst his many accomplishments, he had obtained his private pilot’s license and was a PADI certified scuba diver.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Daphne and Patrick Clark, wife, Joanne (nee Payne) Clark, brother, Stacey (Suz nee Davis) Clark,two nieces Hannah and Hayley.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2013 at Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory, 1801 Douglas Road, Oswego, IL.

A service to comfort mourners will be held at the English Congregational United Church of Christ, Big Rock, IL. Details to follow.
