40-Foot Trailer Reported Stolen: Sheriff

Sunday, Sept. 29

DUI

Robert John Milka, 41, of the 1500 block of Schoenherr Avenue, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. at Route 47 and Caton Farm Road, Kendall, following a single vehicle collision, said the Sheriff’s office. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding too fast for conditions.

Saturday, Sept. 28

Domestic battery, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor

A male juvenile, 17, was charged with domestic battery and consumption of alcohol by a minor following an incident that occurred at 1:45 a.m. in the 0-20 block of Anna Maria Lane, Bristol. The juvenile allegedly punched his ex-girlfriend in the face and pulled hair out of her head, and then attacked his juvenile brother, 16, striking him in the face and pulling his hair out. The suspect was referred to the Kendall County Juvenile Probations Office.

Suspicious circumstance

Deputies took a report of a suspicious circumstance that occurred at 4:22 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Winrock, Oswego. The victim reported receiving a phone call from an unknown subject who said there was an issue with her computer and he could fix it.

Criminal trespass to residence, damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for criminal trespass and damage to property that occurred between 10:38 a.m. and 1:38 p.m. in the 8000 block of Caton Farm Road, Kendall. A screen window was damaged and the suspect reached into the residence and removed a dog from the house while the homeowners were not home. The suspect, not identified, was given a citation/summons.

Residential burglary

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a residential burglary that occurred between Sept. 14 and Sept. 28 in the 0-99 block of Woodcliff Road, Montgomery. Copper wire from an electrical box and a furnace were reported taken.

Burglary to motor vehicle

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred between Sept. 14 and Sept. 27 at the Hideaway Lakes Campground, 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, Yorkville. Entry was made into a recreational trailer through an emergency window, which caused damage to the window and screen frame.

Friday, Sept. 27

Speeding

Noel Isaiah Ramos, 21, of the 1600 block of Liberty Street, Aurora, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. at Route 34 and Ogden Falls Boulevard and charged for speeding 30+mph over the posted speed limit, said the Sheriff’s office.

Warrant

Anthony John Hiatt, 32, of the 50-100 block of Hampton Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Hampton Road on a warrant for the offense of shop lifting, said the Sheriff’s office.

Theft

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a theft of a bicycle under $500 that occurred between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at Boulder Hill Elementary.

Thursday, Sept. 26

Disorderly conduct

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for disorderly conduct that occurred between 10 p.m. on Sept. 25 and 5 a.m. on Sept. 26 in the 0-99 block of North Bereman, Oswego. The victim reported that an unknown subject placed a television through a broken rear window of a parked vehicle in a driveway and then deflated one of the tires on the vehicle.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Warrant, no valid driver’s license

Joshua Victor Hernandez, 28, of the 3200 block of Spring Hollow, Bowling Green, Kentucky, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. at Saugatuck Road and Sonora Drive on a warrant for a failure to appear charge for driving without a valid license out of La Salle County and for driving without a valid driver’s license after deputies stopped to check on a suspicious vehicle, said the Sheriff’s office.

Monday, Sept. 23

Warrant

David M. Bernet, 32, of the 800 block of McClaran, Aurora, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of Baseline Road, Montgomery, on two warrants out of Kendall County for domestic battery and a violation of an order of protection, said the Sheriff’s office.

Theft

Deputies took a report of theft that occurred between Sept. 17 and Sept. 23 in the 9400 block of Caton Farm Road, Yorkville. A trailer, described as a black 40-foot deck 14,0000GVW trailer with a wooden deck and 5th wheel plate style hitch, was stolen. It is valued over $500.
