Saturday, Sept. 8

DUI, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper lane usage; illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor

Marshall Hayes, 18, of the 5100 block of Route 31, and Eric Mickelbery, 18, of the 300 block of Morgan Valley Drive, were arrested at 2:11 a.m. at Forest Ave. and Prairieview, said . Hayes was charged with driving under the influence, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and improper lane usage. Mickelbery was charged with the illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

No valid driver’s license, speeding

Enrique Anderson, 38, of the 0-99 block of Long Beach Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. at Old Post and Douglas and charged with having no valid driver’s license and speeding, said Oswego police.

Friday, Sept. 7

No valid driver’s license

Alma Sanchez, 34, of the 2100 block of Walcott Road, Aurora, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. at Route 34 and Fifth Street and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said Oswego police.

Thursday, Sept. 6

Retail Theft

Oswego Police received a report from the Oswego Walmart about a theft that occurred a month ago. The theft was found from security footage, and the case is under investigation.

Oswego Police received a report of gasoline theft from the Circle K at 1190 Route 34 at 8:06 a.m. $45.60 of gas was pumped and nod paid for.

Theft

Oswego Police received a report of a theft that occurred at 3:01 p.m. at Douglas and Fernwood. A cell phone valued at $200 was taken after the victim misplaced it.

Wednesday, Sept. 5

Theft

Oswego Police received a report about a theft that occurred at 7:57 p.m. at Douglas and Route 34. A wallet, valued at $50, was reportedly stolen.  

No valid driver's license

Jose J. Ruiz, 58, of the 500 block of Farnsworth Blvd., Aurora, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. at Rt. 30 and Wolf Road and charged with having no valid driver's license, said Oswego police.
