Tuesday, August 7
Domestic battery, resisting a police officer, criminal damage to property and more
Lied William Otto, 35, of the 0-99 block of Fernwood Road, Montgomery, was arrested at his home at 2:51 a.m. and charged with domestic battery, resisting a police officer, aggravated assault, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and criminal damage to property, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
In-State Warrant

J Son Saunders, 27, of the 800 block of West 8th Street, Wellington, Delaware, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Hillstone Road and charged with an in-state warrant and failure to appear violation of a court order, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Monday, August 6
Bicyclist hits parked car

An Oswego bicyclist hit a legally parked car at Augusta and Kristine at 7:25 a.m. The bicyclist had turned his head to speak to another bicyclist when he hit the car. He was transported to Rush Copley for injuries from the fall, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Saturday, August 4
Theft
Kendall County Sheriff’s Police are currently investigating the theft of a Kenmore grill that occurred sometime between 5 p.m. Aug. 3 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 4 in the 0-100 block of Surrey Road, Montgomery. Anyone with information is asked to please contact the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Criminal damage to property and outstanding warrant
A juvenile was arrested at 6:20 a.m. Saturday in the 00-100 block of Old Post Road, Montgomery, and charged with criminal damage to property and an outstanding Kendall County warrant after deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Friday, August 3
Driving with a suspended license
Ivan Angulo, 18, of the 2700 block of Village Green Drive, Aurora, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Friday at Route 30 and 5th Street and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license, police said. Angulo had originally been stopped for driving with a loud exhaust system, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Possession of Cannabis
Carlos Ojeda, 22, of the 1300 block of Monomoy Drive, Aurora, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Friday at Route 30 and 5th Street and charged with possession of cannabis during a traffic stop. Ojeda was found with a cannabis cigarette behind his ear while speaking with police, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Driving with a revoked license
Theodore Andrew Moore, 33, of the 100 block of Harbor Drive, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on Route 30 and Route 31 and charged with driving with a revoked license after being stopped for speeding, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. He was also cited for speeding.
Thursday, August 2
Theft
Kendall County Sheriff’s Police are currently investigating the theft of a cell phone valued at under $500 from a patron at a store on the 100 block of Light Road at 8:52 p.m Thursday.
DUI and Traffic Accident
Ashley N. Mueller, 21, of the 0-50 block of Greenfield Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 2 a.m. Thursday in the 50 block of Briarcliff Road and charged with driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Mueller struck a parked, unoccupied car, police said.
