No valid driver’s license
A male juvenile, 17, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. at Route 47 and Kennedy Road, Bristol, and charged for driving without a valid license, said the Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for improper lighting of one head lamp.
Saturday, Jan. 18
Driving with revoked license

Michael Dwayne Franklin, 40, of the 1600 block of Victoria Park Circle, Aurora, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. at Fernwood an Pembrooke, Montgomery, and charged for driving with a revoked license after he was stopped for disobeying a stop sign, said the Sheriff’s office.

Ivan Estrada, 22, of the 0-99 block of Andy Lane, Aurora, was arrested at 5:10 a.m. in the 400 block of Route 30 on a warrant and charged with driving with a suspended license after he was stopped for an equipment violation, said the Sheriff’s office.
Thursday, Jan. 16
Possession of cannabis, no valid driver’s license
Luis Estaban Perez-Nava, 23, of the 200 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. at Circle Drive East and Longbeach Road, Montgomery, and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license after he was stopped for an equipment violation, said the Sheriff’s office.
Wednesday, Jan. 15
Warrant
- Jeffrey Alan Davis, 53, of the 2500 block of Light Road, Oswego, was arrested at 7:03 p.m. at his residence on a warrant when deputies attempted to serve a civil body writ, said the Sheriff’s office.
- Daniel Nicholas Austgen, 26, of the 0-99 block of Maple Street, Yorkville, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. at his residence on a warrant for the unlawful use of a weapon case after deputies went to the area for a report of domestic violence, said the Sheriff’s office.
Tuesday, Jan. 14
Possession of drug paraphernalia, DWLS
Lisa Jeanne Martin, 49, of the 500 block of Stryker Avenue, Joliet, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. at Route 47 and Ament and charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop, said the Sheriff’s office.
Battery
Sheriff’s deputies took a report for battery that occurred at 2:58 a.m. at the Kendall County Jail. Two male inmates were reportedly fighting and the incident is under investigation.
