Caught Speeding 30mph+ Over Limit Leads to DUI Arrest: Kendall County DUI Reports

Lynda P. Marsala, 36, of the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East, Montgomery, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. at Kennedy and Autumn Creek Boulevard and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Yorkville Police. She was stopped and also charged with speeding after she was found going 79mph in a 45mph zone.

Saturday, Nov. 23

Joshua Medley 27, of Chicago, was arrested at about 9:20 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence after his vehicle hit a fence at the dead-end of South River Street in Montgomery, said Montgomery police. He also was cited for failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
