Drunk Driver Gets Stuck in Mud: Kendall County DUI Reports

A roundup of recent driving under the influence charges.

Tuesday, Nov. 19

Ritas J. Pavilinois, 50, of the 6000 block of Audry, Yorkville, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of Station Lane, Oswego, and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police.

 

Monday, Nov. 18

Lauren B. Erikson, 21, of the 0-99 block of Somerset, Montgomery, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. at Collins and Grove and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, possession of drug paraphernalia and the illegal transportation of alcohol, said Oswego police.

Saturday, Nov. 16

Amanda Burns, 30, of the 1100 block of S. Union St. Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence after police located her vehicle stuck in the mud at about 3 a.m. on the old entrance ramp to eastbound Route 30 near Case Street, said Montgomery police.

Tuesday, Nov. 12

Fredy Moreno, 21, of the 1200 block of Nantucket Road, Aurora, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. at Linden Avenue and Bristol Ridge Road, Bristol, and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license after he was observed sleeping in his vehicle parked on Linden avenue, said the Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid registration and the unlawful display of a license plate.
