Kendall County DUI Arrests: Dec. 1

Oswego

Nov. 24 Keith E. Olsen, 20, of the 5200 block of Coneflower, Naperville, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. at Routes 30 and 34, Oswego, and charged with the illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and zero tolerance, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Nov. 24 Amber L. Barrier, 26, of the 600 block of Lincoln Station Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. at Routes 30 and 34 , Oswego and charged with driving under the influence, said the Kendall County Sheriff's office. She was also cited for illegal lane usage, failure to signal and no proof of insurance. 

Nov. 16 Jeffrey J. Stech, 53, of the 2300 block of Oakfield Court, Aurora, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. in the 1900 block of Plainfield Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Deputies had originally responded to a traffic crash, where they found that Stech’s vehicle had left the road and plowed into several trees.

Montgomery

Nov. 25 Michael Huerta, 37, of the 1200 block of Lebanon Street, Montgomery, was charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for failing to yield at an intersection at 4:40 p.m. Nov. 25 at Sherman and Douglas Road, Montgomery police said. Reports state this is Huerta's third drunken driving charge, and police said his license was revoked and he was driving without insurance.

Nov. 19 Jorge Soberal, 40, of the 1100 block of Front Street, Aurora was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for driving 75 mph in a 30 mph zone at 2:45 a.m. Nov. 19 at Montgomery Road and Crown Drive, police said. Reports state a passenger of the vehicle, Raul Guzman-Rico, 34, of the 300 block of East New York Street, Aurora, was arrested on a Kane County Sheriff’s Department no insurance warrant.
