Kendall County DUI Arrests: Jan. 5

Oswego

Dec. 22 Jandra K. Lopez, 19, of the 14400 block of Gerasol Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 4:00 a.m. at Route 71 and Forrest Ave. and charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level greater than .08, said Oswego police. She was also cited for improper lane usage.

Montgomery

Dec. 24 Jesus Cantu-Delgado, 57, of the 100 block of North Calhoun Street, Aurora, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped him for failure to dim headlights at 1:12 a.m. Dec. 24 at Douglas and Melrose avenues, police said.

Dec. 24 William Lundy, 56, of the 1400 block of Sandwich Drive in Sandwich, was was charged with DUI after police stopped him for failure to signal and improper lane usage at 10:18 p.m. Dec. 24 at Griffin Drive and Route 30, police said.

Yorkville

Jan. 1 Nadar R. Kawash, 19, of North Richlands, Texas, was involved in a single car accident early Jan. 1. He lost control of his car and crashed through two utility poles and ended up in a field and was charged with a DUI and driving on a suspended license, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's office.

Dec. 27 Renee E. F. Jaggars-Saucedo, 50, of the 200 block of Dickson Court, Yorkville, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. at the Kendall County Court House and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Sheriff’s deputies. Deputies had originally been alerted of an intoxicated person at the courthouse and found that Jaggars-Saucedo had driven to the courthouse while reportedly under the influence of alcohol.
