Kendall County DUI Arrests: March 23

A look at who's facing charges of driving under in the influence around the area.

March 17: Jeremy M. Thurlby, 31, of the 0-99 block of Afton, Montgomery, was arrested at 4:29 a.m. at Routes 34 and 30 and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. He was also cited for failure to reduce speed and lane usage to avoid an accident.

March 17: Gerardo Aguilar, 41, of the 400 block Frankfurt Drive, Oswego, was arrested for DUI after police stopped his vehicle for not having a rear registration plate light at about 12:35 a.m. March 17 near Douglas Road and Route 30, according to Montgomery police.

March 17: Ryan Allen Sloan, 27, of the 4300 block of Wavery Road, Erin, Tenn., was arrested at 1:24 a.m. in the 10000 block of Corneils Road, Bristol, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Sheriff’s office. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle parked in a barn in the area and found Sloan.

March 16: Harrison Scott Warpinski, 19, of the 10300 block of Neward Road, Newark, was arrested at 6:52 a.m. in the 8400 block of West Highpoint Road, Kendall, and charged with zero tolerance and the illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, said the Sheriffs office. Deputies responded to a reported single vehicle accident that had crashed through a fence. Warpinski reported he was driving home from a party at friend’s house where he had been drinking.

March 16: John Weiffenbach, 18, of the 15000 block of Timber Drive, Plainfield, was arrested for DUI after a witness observed his vehicle drive off the roadway almost striking a pole at about 11:30 p.m. March 16, according to Montgomery police reports.

March 15: Brian P. Corriveau, 42, of the 600 block of Manhattan Circle, Oswego, was arrested at 11:47 a.m. in the 300 block of Douglas Road, Oswego, and charged with driving under the influence, driving without a valid license and failing to wear a seat belt, said Oswego police.

March 15: Andrew Louis Orosco, 26, of the 5600 block of Walnut Avenue, Downers Grove, was arrested at 5:35 a.m. in the 2000 block of Simmons Road, Oswego, and charged with driving under the influence, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Deputies responded to an incident of a car within a farm field, and found Orosco asleep in the vehicle and determined he was under the influence of alcohol.

March 9: Scott M. Mc Gary, 27, of the 3000 block of River Ridge Lane, Sandwich, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. at Galena Road and Big Bend, Bristol, and charged with driving under the influence, said the Sheriff’s office. He was stopped and charged also for driving 65mph in a 45mph zone.
